RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Please email us at vintagejamz@gmail.com if you would like to return an item and we will provide you with the returns address.
You have a total of 15 days from receiving the item to return it to us and the return postage costs must be covered by you.
We do not accept returns on clearance/sale items.
Please note, all returned items must be unworn and in the same condition they were sent. Until we receive your return, the items and their condition are your responsibility.
We aim to process your return within 5 working days of your goods being delivered to us (excluding weekends and bank holidays). This may take slightly longer during busier periods such as Sale or Christmas.
Once we have received your returned items, we will send you an email once your refund has been processed.
RETURNS DUE TO FIT OR APPEARANCE
We include detailed and accurate measurements in every listing to help you determine whether an item will fit before purchasing.
For this reason, we cannot accept returns based on:

The item not fitting

The item not looking right on you

Material or colour looking slightly different in person

Minor damage or signs of wear on second-hand/vintage items

The item having a scent/smell

Changing your mind after purchase
However, if an item is marked with the incorrect size on the label compared to the listing description, you are welcome to return it.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If there is any problem with your order, please contact us at vintagejamz@gmail.com.
It’s useful to include the date of purchase and an image or a brief description of the damage or defect.
Once we receive your item and explanation, we will resolve the situation quickly.
EXCHANGING ITEMS
If you would like to exchange an item, the best thing to do is place a new order for the item you want and then return the original item for a full refund once received.
Please note, return postage costs must be covered by you.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
In the interests of hygiene, the following cannot be returned:

Swimwear

Intimate apparel

Pierced earrings
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on international orders at the moment. We apologise for any inconvenience.
